Cancellation Policy
Sessions are reserved specifically for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are not eligible for a refund. If you need to reschedule, you are welcome to do so online within a reasonable timeframe. Please arrive on time and prepared to participate in your session. These sessions are a collaborative process and are most effective when both presence and readiness are honored.
